 X-8
basis formula was developed more than 20 years ago, being largely commercialized
at that time by company SB Cristal.
Kemek fetched those experts, which had developed the product, promoted
adaptations to bread nowadays conditions (flour quality, yeast, production
technology) and introduces on the market X-8.
Since starting sales on March/2002, several bakeries and supermarkets
have already used X-8 with excellent results and great satisfaction.
Presentation: pasty consistence, packed in plastic bucket
- 3.5 Kg net weight.
Ingredients: fat, stabilizer INS 433, emulsifier INS 482,
antioxidant INS 300.
Yield: 150 g of X-8 for 50 Kg of wheat flour*
* similar products use 2 to 4 times bigger proportions for 50 Kg wheat
flour.

Mix for Cheese Bread Preparing |
Product
used for industry production, however it can be homemade with excellent
results.
Presentation
(powder):
- 15 Kg cartoon boxes
- 250 g packs
Ingredients:
tapioca starch, hydrogenated vegetal fat, skimmed milk powder, sour
tapioca starch, iodated refined salt, artificial cheese flavor.
Cheese
Bread Recipe
Kemek Cheese Bread Mix.................................1 Kg
Eggs (an egg has aprox. 50 g).............................400 g
Cool Water or Milk...........................................400 ml
Cheese (suggestion: use mozzarella cheese).....400 g
How
to prepare:
1. Put Cheese Bread Mix and cheese (well sliced) in a mixer.
2. Add water and eggs.
3. Mix till getting a homogeneous dough.
4. Make 10 g to 50 g balls of dough (suggestion: powder parmesan cheese)
5. Bake in 180ºC for approximately 25 minutes (time depends on
the size of the pieces).
Yield:
250 g of Kemek's Mix for Cheese Bread Preparing produces 10 cheese breads
of 50 g.
